Terms governing use of ResolveHD products, marketing communications, and the corporate site.
ResAI is operated by ResolveHD Inc. (“ResolveHD”, “we”), a corporation under the laws of Nova Scotia, with its place of business at 1645 Beech St., Halifax, Nova Scotia, B3H 4B5, Canada. These terms govern use of the ResAI platform, our corporate website, and the communications we send you, including SMS alert notifications. By accessing or using ResAI you agree to these terms and to all applicable Canadian federal and provincial laws. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
ResAI is for authorized organizational use. Your organization grants you access and sets what you can do within it. Use the platform for lawful business purposes within those permissions, and in line with your organization’s policies and regulatory obligations.
Most organizations sign in to ResAI through Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on. Where single sign-on is not yet configured, an organization owner can sign in with a one-time code sent to their email address in order to set it up. Accounts are created by your organization, not by ResolveHD. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Unauthorized access or misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.
Your organization remains responsible for the data it uploads, ingests or processes in ResAI, and ResolveHD processes that data on your organization’s instructions. Your organization must have the legal authority to use the data and must meet applicable privacy, confidentiality and data protection obligations. How personal information is handled is set out in our Privacy Notice.

Program. ResolveHD Inc. ("ResolveHD", "we") sends operational alert notifications by SMS to users of the ResAI platform ("ResAI Alerts"). Messages are sent from +1(866)366-8875.
Eligibility and consent. SMS alerts are available only to ResAI users whose organization has enabled the feature and who have opted in by providing and verifying their own mobile number in ResAI. By opting in, you agree to receive ResAI alert messages at the number you provided. Consent to receive SMS alerts is not a condition of using ResAI or any other ResolveHD service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on alert activity in your organization.
Charges. ResolveHD does not charge for these messages. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further alerts, including urgent ones.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact support@resolvehd.com.
Availability. Messages can be delivered to numbers in Canada, the United States and Puerto Rico.
Delivery. Message delivery depends on carrier networks and is not guaranteed to arrive or to arrive on time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. ResolveHD is not liable for undelivered or delayed messages.
Privacy. Your mobile number and SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Notice. They are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes. These terms may be updated from time to time, with the current version posted on this page.
ResAI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ResolveHD makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and reliable, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by other reasonable means, and the current version is always posted on this page. Continued use of ResAI means you accept the updated terms.
